ABAVAS Hopped Apple
The story of ABAVAS winery started with a passion about wine and the belief that Latvian climate is suited for making excellent grape wines.
Viticulture is an experimental and risky enterprise in the climate of Latvia, where acquiring experience takes a long time, which is why, in addition to planting vineyards, in 2008 they started to make wine of Latvian berries and apples. The response was positive, and it was decided to register a winery.
By now, the range of ABAVAS beverages has been steadily expanding, and they can proudly call ABAVAS the largest winery in Latvia.
When you let apple to take a rest in hops for couple of months, a unique drink is born, which combines freshness of apple and bitterness of hops. Enjoy the best of Latvian apples in each bottle!
